Woman found outside Des Plaines police station died of heart disease
An autopsy Wednesday concluded that a 49-year-old Des Plaines woman found dead Tuesday morning outside the Des Plaines police station suffered from heart disease, a Cook County medical examiner’s office spokeswoman said.
A passer-by noticed the woman, Donna Cinelli, unresponsive on the sidewalk in front of the police station on Miner Street at about 5 a.m. Tuesday. Paramedics could not revive her and pronounced her dead at 5:10 a.m.
Cinelli’s 83-year-old father told police Tuesday that she was suffering from medical problems.
