Take a hike at a forest preserve

The Lake County Forest Preserve District will host fast-paced, weekly hikes in June at various preserves. They’re set for 8 a.m., each Saturday of the month. Registration is not required. Participation is limited to adults and costs $1. Sites can be found online at lcfpd.org.
