Sleepy Hollow man who videotaped students gets supervision
A 20-year-old Sleepy Hollow man pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of the unlawful placement of a video device and was sentenced to 18 months supervision this week in a Cook County courtroom, court records show.
John R. Holliday was also ordered to perform community service and pay $395 in fines in exchange for his guilty plea to the misdemeanor charges.
Holliday, a former University of Illinois at Chicago student, admitted to Chicago police in September that he secretly videotaped three female UIC students in their dorm room, according to published reports.
