Our gun laws make us vulnerable

We are the only state in the nation not to allow concealed carry. In our attempt to be gun safe and restrict the possession and use of guns, we have become the state most vulnerable to criminal attack. Look at the Lane Bryant murders, the Brown’s Chicken murders and the gang wars in Chicago. Like the Jews of the Holocaust, we were led like lambs to the slaughter. Israel is not a pacifist state — it is a well-armed and trained country, ready to defend in a moment’s notice. We need to be that strong against criminals in Illinois.

Today we have to risk going to prison in order to ensure we do not go to the grave because of a criminal. We live in the Land of Lincoln, yet we are slaves to a corrupt, Chicago-controlled state government that is blind to our plight.
