Restaurant employee robbed in St. Charles
St. Charles police are looking for two men who robbed an employee of Rookies restaurant Friday night.
According to a police report, two men approached the employee while he was getting into his car in the restaurant’s parking lot at 1545 W. Main St. after the business had closed. One of the men held a pistol and demanded the employee’s money and car keys. The second man struck the victim in the face with his fist. The two then fled southeast through the parking lot.
Police said the black males suspects were wearing dark clothing and had their faces concealed. The incident remains under investigation, police said.
