Kathleen Felicelli is having herself quite a week for Carmel Catholic’s softball team.
The sophomore shortstop had her second 2-homer game in three days Thursday, as the Corsairs blanked Waukegan 12-0 in a nonconference game.
Felicelli finished 3-for-3 with 5 RBI. Sam Melillo, Mia Dicara, Sally Snarski and Madeline Felipez (double) each had 2 hits for the Corsairs.
Dicara earned the win, allowing only 1 hit while striking out six in a five-inning complete game.
Crystal Lake South 1, Grayslake Central 0: Tayler Janda pitched the complete game for Grayslake Central, allowing 3 hits.
