Big step for Lombard energy aggregation

Kudos to the Lombard village board for pursuing electricity aggregation in order to save significant money for Lombard residents and small businesses, and for taking the opportunity to enter into a two-year contract specifying 100 percent renewable energy.

While not the cheapest price, this option was very close to it. When it comes to preserving a healthy environment, nothing is too small to make a difference.

This, however, is a big step toward becoming a sustainable community. Another voter for clean energy.
