Class warfare already alive and well

Let’s see if I understand the thinking of my Republican-Tea Party friends. If we extend the low interest rates on loans to students — who, by the way, need them because they come from lower-income families — and we make the mega rich pay a little more in taxes then it becomes “class warfare.” However, if we sock it to the poor and middle class that’s OK. That is not “class warfare.”

Actually, since the mega rich pay a lesser percentage on their income than working people, I really wonder if the public realizes that “class warfare” has been declared on the middle class, working poor and very poor. And will be as long as Tea Party Republicans have their say.
