Library committee to talk budget:

The Cook Memorial Public Library District board’s finance and employee practices committee will meet Tuesday to review the proposed budget for the 2013 fiscal year and to discuss salary increases. The meeting is set for 8 a.m. at the Cook Park Library, 413 N. Milwaukee Ave., Libertyville.
