Forest board budget talk:

The Lake County Forest Preserve District board will meet Tuesday to approve a budget for the 2013 fiscal year. The session is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. or 30 minutes after an earlier county board meeting, whichever time is later. The meeting will be at the county government center in downtown Waukegan.
