Cuba Road rail crossing to close for repairs

The Canadian National Railroad will close its crossing on Cuba Road in Lake County for scheduled repairs from 8 a.m. Monday, May 14 through the evening of Friday, May 18.

The signed detour route for this closure will be Route 59 to Route 22 to Route 12 to Ela Road. Local traffic will be allowed from Route 59 to the crossing, and from the crossing to Ela Road.

CN has notified the Lake County Division of Transportation of the imminent closure.
