SCARCE deserves county’s funding

SCARCE (School and Community Assistance for Recycling and Composting Education) has done so many wonderful, educational programs for the Cub Scouts over the years.

They are a huge asset to our community. Definitely one of the good guys and definitely worth our funding. Please continue to fund SCARCE.
