Antioch Community Chorus to perform

Spring is in the air and the Antioch Community Chorus, under the direction of Kris Bolin of Antioch, is rehearsing for a Spring Concert to be given at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, May 6, at the United Methodist Church of Antioch, 848 Main St, Antioch. Parking is behind the church. The concert is free; however you may donate to Festival Arts of Antioch.

The concert will consist of sacred and classical music. Soloists have chosen favorite selections. Numbers from the “Messiah” and the “Crucifixion” will also be sung. The Festival Arts of Antioch Chamber choir will also be featured.

Soloists, who are donating their time and talents to promote the continuing goal of Festival Arts of Antioch to provide the Fine Arts to the community, are: Jennifer Kasten of Two Rivers, Wis.; Joseph Graziano of Milwaukee, Wis.; Jennifer Franco of Kenosha, Wis.; Nathaniel Olson of Vernon Hills; Melissa Marchman, Wanda Sobczak and Ken Smouse of Antioch; and Wendy Weidner of Bristol, Wis. Instrumentalists are Chris Kusher of Grayslake, and Pam Kuebler and Tim Montalvo of Lake Villa.
