Media’s bias from the right is strong

Mr. Lenz’s comments indicate a lack of recall when it comes to history in the media (Fence Post, April 25). Claiming that facts are not told in the media?

The most concerning commentary from the least informed is the equivalence argument — that somehow the liberal and conservative media mislead equally. One would have to have his head in the sand to believe that today. Where was Fox News 20 to 40 years ago? The Rush Limbaughs and Glenn Becks? When you start defending guys like Joe Walsh you expose an inability to critically think.

I applaud the Daily Herald for its reporting. The best example of the right blaming the media is their obsession with contraception and abortion. They try to pass new laws outlawing them, then blame the media for reporting it when the polls show the public does not like what they are doing. Some of us are onto their charade.

If Mr. Lenz were to find the facts, he would be on the wrong side of the truth.
