Wheeling citizen police academy fundraiser Sunday

The Wheeling Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association is holding its annual all-you-can-eat spaghetti and pizza dinner fundraiser from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 29 at Wa-Pa-Ghetti’s Pizza, 208 McHenry Road, Wheeling.

The dinner will include spaghetti or pizza, salad, garlic bread and Sam’s cookies donated from Market Square Restaurant.

Tickets may be purchased at the door for $8; children under 6 eat free.

The Wheeling Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association is a not for profit group that raises money for the police department to fulfill their wish list for needed items that are not allocated in the village’s budget.
