Gurnee warehouse damaged in fire

A fire Friday night at a Gurnee warehouse caused about $5,000 in damage, said Gurnee Fire Department Lt. Andy Wienckowski. Firefighters were called to Facilitec, 3851 Clearview Court, and found that oily rags in a 55-gallon drum had caught fire. The fire was put out by an automatic sprinkler and did not spread beyond the warehouse, Wienckowski said. No one was injured.
