Hearing on electricity plan set

The Lincolnshire village board will host a public hearing Monday to discuss the plan for its municipal electric aggregation program, which could result in less costly electricity bills for residents. The hearing is set for 7 p.m. at village hall, 1 Olde Half Day Road.
