Give bonuses for what really matters

I thought it was interesting that not a single starter in the NCAA tourney final was from the states of Kentucky or Kansas. I heartily endorse the contention of Bob Knight that coaches shouldn’t receive a monetary bonus for leading their team to the Final Four or championship. Instead, they could earn a bonus by showing a high percentage of their players completing college and graduating.
