Ignore the phone and vote them out
Reader Barry North wrote about his annoyance with political robocalls (Fence Post, April 5), and I’m sure most of us agree with him. But he made two additional points. He pleads that “someone should pass a law against this calling.” Sorry to say, someone did — but they exempted themselves for political calls.
Secondly, he notes that it makes him feel like not voting at all. Sadly, that’s exactly how nonsense like this is allowed to continue. Stick with it, Mr. North. Vote the bums out.
