Rotary donates to food pantry

On behalf of the members of the Dundee Township Rotary Club, President Erik Gullickson presented the FISH Food Pantry of Carpentersville with a $1,000 donation to assist Dundee Township families.

The donation was accepted by FISH President Mary Graziano at a recent club meeting held at Emmett’s in West Dundee.

“We are very much aware of the critical needs for food in our local community,” Gullickson said. “Our club members are more than happy to contribute to this great organization that helps so many families and children.”

The Dundee Township Rotary Club currently has 38 members who represent a cross-section of business and professional backgrounds. Meetings are held each Tuesday at noon at Emmett’s Tavern & Brewing Co., 128 W. Main St. in downtown West Dundee.
