French chef to prepare Hoffman Sister Cities dinner
Why travel to Chicago and pay exorbitant prices to enjoy French food? Join the village of Hoffman Estates Sister Cities Commission for its 15th annual French Evening and Silent Auction.
This special evening, “Soiree Culinaire — Discovering French Delicacies,” will be from 7-9:30 p.m. Thursday, April 26, at the Stonegate Conference & Banquet Centre located at 2401 W. Higgins Road. The cost is $43 per person.
Enjoy the flavors of France prepared by the commission's guest chef from Angouleme, France, Chef Patrick Guat, and his students from L'Amandier School. In addition to a three-course meal, French wine and Pineau Charentes, a regional liqueur of the Hoffman Estate's sister city, will be included.
