Fay’s Pork Chop Bar-B-Que, founded by Wilder and Martha Fay, began as small business in the summer of 1962 to serve meals featuring barbecued pork chops to various groups. As time went on, improvements were made on equipment and menus and more groups and organizations were requesting their catering service. However, the same original spice is still used to season their meats. The business continues to be a family affair with sons, daughters, in-laws and grandchildren all a part of the operation.

“The Church on the Hill” is located at 900 S. Eighth St. (Route 31 and Angle Tarn), West Dundee. For details, call (847) 426-2161, ext. 210 or visit www.fccdundee.com.
