Loyola student from Buffalo Grove's death ruled suicide

An 18-year-old Buffalo Grove man was found dead inside his Loyola University dorm room Thursday, officials said. A Cook County Medical Examiner's office spokesman said an autopsy was done Friday afternoon and the cause of death was ruled suicide. Robert Kelly, Vice-President of Student Development at Loyola, announced the death via student email Thursday evening, adding that the Wellness Center, Campus Ministry and Residence Life staff are available to assist any students in need.
