Press, journalists on progressives’ side
Where are all the alarmists? Oh yeah, they all went to Florida. Murder statistics click up every month in Chicago, but the professional alarmists need to get down to where the action is.
The new oxymoron of the time is “professional journalism.” The press in the United States is nothing but the propaganda arm of the president and the progressives. If President Bush would have ever been heard off mic telling a foreign leader he needs to just get an election behind him and then he can do what he wants, the press would have relentlessly told us and would have given biased, manipulative information.
You don’t think so? Take our event of the moment in Florida. Do you think it is accidental that the news sources all show childhood photos of the young man instead of current photos showing a 6-foot-3 young man? Instead of a leader of the country chastising high schools looters in Florida who left school and ransacked a Walgreens drugstore “because they were upset,” he stays silent. He never hesitates to blame the grass-roots Tea Party for some intention or action, but call thugs “thugs” -- oh no, we can’t have that. The activist who continually talks about bringing the country together and taking the high road never hesitates to fling names or innuendo at opponents, and indicates that certain attitudes won’t be tolerated.
The absolute insanity of the current White House occupant and his crew is even being evidenced in the Supreme Court (another oxymoron) where even the liberal hack judges put on the court cannot seem to accept the incompetency of the attorneys for the administration and the positions they are trying to argue.
God help this country; we need it.
