Tri-Village Garden Club holds spring activities, sales

The Tri-Village Garden Club invites everyone to hear Carol Cichorski speak about gardening blogs at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 18 at the Poplar Creek Public Library, 1405 S. Park Ave. in Streamwood.

Carol started her own gardening blog a few years ago, and in the process learned a lot about how she can use the computer as a gardening research tool. She is a past president of the Elk Grove Garden Club, and her husband Mike is vice president of the Central States Dahlia Club. Learn more about them at www.OhWhatA.com (that's short for OhWhatABeautifulGarden-Chicagoland).

The application deadline is Monday, April 30, 2012. Please contact your school counselor or email jillsgardenplace-TVGC@yahoo.com for the application.
