Palatine Rural Fire Protection District seeks commissioners

The board of trustees of the Palatine Rural Fire Protection District is currently accepting letters from individuals interested in serving on the district’s board of fire commissioners. The board meets quarterly on the first Thursday of January, April, July and October. It conducts entry level and promotional interviews, and from time to time there may be a discipline hearing. Applicants must live within the Palatine Rural Fire Protection District. A letter of interest and resume should be submitted by April 9, 2012.
