77-year-old Leyden Twp. man with dementia missing

Police are asking for the public's help in locating a 77-year-old man who is missing and suffers from dementia.

Nicholas C. Rammos, who stands 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds, was last seen when he left his residence in unincorporated Leyden Township at 11 a.m. Thursday, police said.

He has brown eyes and gray hair.

Police said Rammos left his house on foot to go to a grocery store, which he does every day.

He was last seen wearing a tan plaid blazer, black sweatpants and black shoes and has a scar on his nose.
