2 teens killed, 3rd injured in Manitowoc Co. Wisc. crash
MANITOWOC, Wis. — Two teenagers have died and a third has been injured in a car crash in Manitowoc County.
Sheriff’s officials say the teens’ car left a county road and struck a large tree south of Manitowoc about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday. A 16-year-old female passenger was taken by helicopter to Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee where she was pronounced dead. Authorities say a 16-year-old male passenger was taken by helicopter to St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay where he later died. Both were from Manitowoc.
WOMT radio reports the 18-year-old male driver, from Whitelaw, was injured and taken to St. Vincent.
