Learn about Lake County public transit
Lake County residents can learn about available public transportation at forums sponsored by PACE, the suburban bus system and the Lake County Community Foundation. One forum is 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 21, at the Cultural & Civic Center of Round Lake Beach, 2007 Civic Center Way, off Hook Drive behind Regal Cinemas on Rollins Road and behind Home Depot on Route 83. A second is Thursday at Highwood Recreation Center, 432 Green Bay Road, Highwood. Participants will learn how to navigate the bus system and can share ideas and influence transportation services in their communities.
