Classic Arts Trio to perform benefit concert in Barrington
Celebrate spring with beautiful classical music, 6:30 p.m. Friday, March 30, at Barrington United Methodist Church, 98 Algonquin Road, Barrington. Following the concert, stay for dinner and fellowship.
Sponsored by the BUMC Missions Ministry Group, this “Sharing our Gifts” concert features Walter Preucil, Stephanie Preucil, and William Koehler. Joining the Classic Arts Trio will be vocalist, Jeffrey Horvath. Each spring, the Classic Arts Trio offers a special benefit performance in and for the community.
Admission for the concert is free and dinner is open to the public. A freewill offering will be taken to support the Joyful Hands Partnership of Habitat for Humanity, Fox River Valley.
Joyful Hands is a consortium of 10 churches in the Barrington area that builds and rehabs homes within District 220 school boundaries. Volunteers and homeowners come together to build or rebuild homes. For information, call the church at (847) 836-5540.
