The Suburbs This Weekend: Disney dames, pizza and St. Patrick's Day

Classic fairy tales, a celtic festival and two great restaurants are among selections by Sean Stangland and Richard Battin in The Suburbs This Weekend.

For some St. Patrick's day fun, Sean suggests the Sheep & Fiddle Irish Pub in Bartlett, (630) 372-8878.

Richard's St. Patrick's Day recommendation is the Barrington Celtic Fest Friday and Saturday at McGonigal's Pub, featuring Celtic bands, Irish step dancers, bagpipers and a special viewing areas for NCAA Tournament games.

Richard also recommends “Disney Live! Presents Three Classic Fairy Tales,” at the Akoo Theatre in Rosemont, (800) 745-3000 or disneylive.com. The stories of “Cinderella,” “Snow White” and “Beauty and the Beast” come to life on stage.
