Plenty of signs of Obama’s socialism

In response to Mike Kelley’s recent reportage regarding “Fairness is not socialism” looking for concrete evidence that that under Obama’s leadership our country is becoming a socialist government. I suggest that there are several things that point to that very issue:

1) 49 percent of our citizens do not pay a Federal Income Tax. If they are employed that do pay a “Payroll Tax”;

2) 50 percent of our citizens now receive some form of economic support from the Federal Government;

3) The Federal government’s takeover of the banking system, auto industry, health care and all forms of energy

4) The government’s shutting down of individually owned auto dealerships and providing to the auto union workers partial ownership of GM and Chrysler;

5) Individuals and Christian communities fined if they do not comply with the edicts of Obama’s health care;

6) Obama’s appointed NLRB bringing suit against Boeing because they dared to circumvent the union in the state of Washington and build in a “Right to Work state”;

7) The suing of states that attempt to handle, due to the lack of the federal government’s enforcement, their problems with illegal immigration

There doesn’t have to be a revolution to achieve the nationalization of our economy. Only present to the public that there is an unfairness in the taxing system and create a them-against-us mentality.

Finally, we are all created equal under God — our constitution guarantees us life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. However, economically there are no guarantees; only a government that represents a redistribution of wealth suggests that we are all economically equal.
