Barrington Hills concert to benefit Palatine homeless agency
Journeys from PADS to HOPE will hold its first Concert for HOPE Saturday, March 31, at the Sanfilippo Estate in Barrington Hills.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with a tour of the grandiose home, which features collections of restored antique music machines, phonographs, arcade and gambling machines, chandeliers and art glass. At 8 p.m., Martin Ellis will play the largest restored 8,000-pipe Wurlitzer theater organ.
Tickets are $65 each or $55 for groups of 10 of more. Proceeds benefit Journeys, a Palatine-based agency that helps the homeless. For more information, visit padstohope.org, call (847) 963-9163 ext. 16 or email events@padstohope.org.
