I want to hear birds, not crowds

I urge the Kane County Board and the Kane County Forest Preserve District to “keep the promise” of developing Settlers Hill by reforesting it.

A legacy of preservation should be the district’s mission.

Please don’t build a mega-complex of activity centers. Listening to birds sing is much preferred to the din of cheering crowds and traffic jams. If revenue is a motivator for the current development proposal, consider trimming budgets instead.
