Sikich names Logan as COO

NAPERVILLE — Sikich LLP said it has expanded its management team by naming Stanley N. Logan as partner and chief operating officer.

Logan will lead the company’s operations, focusing on customer satisfaction, organic growth, acquisitions, and performance management, working to accelerate and expand Sikich’s regional growth and ensure the delivery of best-in-class customer experiences.

With more than 25 years in consultative and management positions across the professional services and public accounting industries, Logan brings a depth of knowledge to Sikich’s management team.

“In this new role, Stan will spearhead customer-focused operational advancements as part of our growth initiative,” said Jim Sikich, chief executive officer and managing partner. “He has the experience and deep expertise in accounting, business services and consulting to enhance our way of doing business.”

Prior to joining Sikich, Logan held several roles in consulting at LECG, based in Devon, Pa., and at Huron Consulting Group, based in Chicago At those firms, Logan held leadership positions over practices, offices and regions as well as corporate functional roles. In addition, Logan spent more than 20 years in public accounting, more recently as Managing Partner of KPMG LLP Chicago. Before joining KPMG, Logan was an Audit Partner at Arthur Andersen.

Logan earned a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and is a nonpracticing CPA. He serves on the board of directors of Accretive Health Inc. and Schawk Inc, and he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
