Let’s get equal coverage for Walsh

With a half-page article on the facing page to your editorial page, you have just given the two challengers to Congressman Joe Walsh more exposure than they could have imagined with their own mailings. Are you also planning to allow Congressman Walsh an equal opportunity to present his materials regarding why we should re-elect him? The fact that he is an icon for the Tea Party and one of the boldest critics of the president is why the left wants to eliminate him — hence, why the Democrats downstate gerrymandered his district so it doesn’t come close to resembling his current district. I am not affiliated with his campaign, and no longer am even in his district, but fair is fair: Walsh should be allowed equal opportunity to present his case as well.
