Garden Club of Inverness offers scholarships

The Garden Club of Inverness is offering scholarships of $1,000 or more to college and graduate students pursuing studies in horticulture and/or environmental engineering. They’re available to students of Palatine-Schaumburg High School District 211 and Barrington High School. Former winners may also apply. Applications, which are due April 16, can be found at the school guidance offices, gardenclubofinverness.org or by contacting the scholarship chair at mkdutcher@comcast.net.
