Maine right to oppose golf course

Ann Maine is 100 percent correct to oppose the construction of a golf course at Fort Sheridan with tax payers’ funds. Maine stated, “The district must live within its means.” Maine is fiscally responsible and wise to support not spending county money that isn’t there. Her two Republican opponents are out of touch supporting the golf course construction and options such a farming the land. Keep this simple. You can’t spend what you don’t have.
