Paintball vandals strike in North Aurora

Paintball vandals struck again this week on the west side of North Aurora.

North Aurora police said four vehicles were damaged Wednesday in the Mirador and Oak Hill subdivisions.

That brings the total of vehicles damaged in February to 24, according to police.

Police believe the same two people did all the damage, including two incidents Feb. 12 in the Tanner Trails subdivision and 18 incidents Feb. 19 in the Tanner Trails and Orchard Estates subdivisions.

The suspects are described as two white males in their teens, shooting from a gray or silver Cadillac CTS. The driver is said to have curly brown-to-blonde hair.

Police ask anyone who sees suspicious activity to call 911 and provide a description of the suspects and the vehicle, including license plate number, if available.

Victims who didn't report paintball damage to the police are asked to do so, by calling the nonemergency line at (630) 897-8705.
