Moto Mobility to offer business smartphone trade-in program

LIBERTYVILLE — Motorola Mobility will offer up to $200 cash back for a business user’s old smartphone when they purchase a Motorola Business Ready smartphone.

The program, which starts Feb. 28 online at www.motorola.com/switch, provides instant online quote, prepaid shipping label, and payment within four to six weeks of receipt. In addition, Motorola Mobility will be offering the MotoAssist IT service to give business users access to IT professionals who can help set up accounts, transfer contacts seamlessly, and even work directly with corporate IT departments.

The trade-in program is focused on business users, which Motorola calls ‘prosumers,’ who are looking to get rid of their old smartphone and move to an Android-powered device for the workplace, the company said in a release.
