Wisc. Shawano Co man arrested in death of father
SHAWANO, Wis. — Authorities say a 20-year-old man is in custody in the death of his father.
The Shawano County Sheriff’s Office says 53-year-old Donald Johnson of Wittenberg died early Tuesday after a “series of aggressive acts.” An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday.
Capt. Tom Tuma (TOO’-mah) says Johnson was found dead after his son called deputies around 7:20 a.m. Sheriff’s officials say the man maintained contact with a dispatcher until deputies arrived.
He was later arrested on probable cause of first degree intentional homicide.
