Afternoon of games to benefit Association for Individual Development

Gather with friends and enjoy an afternoon of fun and socializing while helping raise money for programs and services benefiting individuals with disabilities. On Saturday, Feb. 25, the Association for Individual Development will host a Bunco game and Bean Bag Tournament at their Elgin Training Center, 1135 Bowes Road, Elgin.
Registration for both events will be open from 1 to 1:45 p.m. with games scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. Individuals can sign up to participate in the Bunco game and/or the Bean Bag tournament at this time.
The entry fee for the Bean Bag tournament is $40 per team. The tournament will be double elimination and teams will compete for a grand prize of $200 in cash. Prizes also will be rewarded to the second- and third-place teams in the competition.
Occurring simultaneously as the Bean Bag Tournament will be a game of Bunco. This fun, and social dice game is sure to be a great time for all who participate. The game’s top two players will win gift baskets valued at more than $50.
Guests attending this event also will be able to enjoy complimentary food and snacks while they hang out and play Bags or Bunco.
