On second thought, tollway award not funny

Regarding Business Focus, Jan. 9:

Does anyone else find it very amusing that the Illinois Tollway Authority got a “Public Body of the Year” award from the Construction Industry Service Corp.?

Can’t you just see them salivating over the new tollway projects that we will be paying for forever?
