SEC gives judge who rejected Koss accord revamped

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission submitted revised final judgment papers to a federal judge in Milwaukee who in December told the agency the terms of an earlier accord with stereo headphone maker Koss Corp. and its chief executive officer could be too vague to be enforceable.
