St.Charles East Sophomore Student Council to host fundraiser Feb. 20th

St. Charles: The sophomore student council at St. Charles East will be having a Jersey Mike's fundraiser for their Prom, Homecoming, and other fundraisers throughout the school year.

The student council will get 10 percent of all the proceeds that day, which will help them tremendously to organize different events and pay for other activities throughout the school. Sophomore student council president Karolina Barej, says, “The biggest thing that the community could do to help our council is just to come and participate our events.”

As of right now, the sophomore class is a little behind on expenses because of lack of donations and participation, but they are trying hard to be more successful by doing small fundraisers like this one.

The Jersey Mike's fundraiser will take place all day on Feb.27.
