Yearwood celebrates 25 years in Des Plaines

Attorney Ellen Yearwood recently hosted a luncheon celebrating her Firm’s 25th year in business at Little Villa Restaurant in Des Plaines.

Her law firm has been located in Des Plaines since February, 1987, and has a general practice. Attending were members of the networking group Women About Business who are leaders of their respective businesses.

“I am very happy to have had 25 years in business,” she said “I owe a big thank you to all my clients. I hope to continue in business for another 25 years.”

Yearwood’s office, at 856 Pearson Street, was constructed around 1890 as a residence, and the firm completely rehabilitated the building. In 2002, the firm received Community Enhancement Recognition for that work from the Des Plaines Chamber of Commerce.
