West Aurora 57, West Chicago 33: Sophomore Liz Skaggs racked 14 points and 8 rebounds and Alexis Wiggins added 12 points to help the Blackhawks score a DuPage Valley Conference win.

Batavia 46, Larkin 31: Liza Fruendt registered a team-high 12 points and Katie Ryan chipped in 11 as the Bulldogs improved to 13-12 overall and finished 6-6 in the Upstate Eight River.
