Marketwire

NAPERVILLE — Napersoft said revenues in 2011 grew 16 percent over the previous year, fuelede by the addition of key new customers in insurance, higher education and business services industries.

The software solutions company added customers in the higher education industry that integrated Napersoft CCM into its student information system to automatically generate letters, invoices and other correspondence for students and their parents. Another customer that delivers human resources benefits is using Napersoft CCM to reduce costs and improve employee productivity by allowing customers to self-generate their personalized documentation on demand through Napersoft CCM’s integration with a company web portal, the company said in a release.

“Napersoft has grown steadily as our customers and prospects have come to realize the benefits of improved efficiencies and reduced costs from our automated document creation and distribution software solutions,” said Steve Chamberlin, Napersoft vice president of sales & marketing.

During 2011, Napersoft also increased its staff and continues to look for qualified new employees. The company launched the Napersoft CCM 7 software suite in October, which features faster navigation through the document workflow process and quicker template creation.

In 2012, Napersoft expects to continue their ongoing success by developing partnerships, expanding their business into new industries and continuing to build relationships by closely collaborating with customers.
