Lake Zurich Area Chamber presents ‘Excellence Awards’
The Lake Zurich Area Chamber of Commerce presented the recipients of its 2011 Excellence Awards at its annual banquet.
The excellence awards recognize achievements in the areas of business, education, government and not-for-profit organizations for their efforts to make the Lake Zurich area a better place in which to live and work.
The event was Jan. 21 at Concorde Banquets in Kildeer.
Nominations were solicited from chamber members, local residents and government entities.
The 2011 Lake Zurich Area Chamber of Commerce board of directors was also sworn in.
ŸBusiness of the Year: Trilogy School of Performing Arts.

ŸEducator of the Year: Jennifer Lippert, Lake Zurich Middle School North.
