Good Lovelies Performs at Club MAC Feb. 24 and 25

The Good Lovelies bring their three-part harmonies and a bit of sass to the McAninch Arts Center at College of DuPage, 425 Fawell Blvd. in Glen Ellyn.

Performances are at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Feb. 24 and 25, in the MAC's Theatre 2 and are part of the Club MAC series.

The trio, known for fast-paced instrument swapping and witty on-stage banter, emerged onto the folk music scene in 2006. The Good Lovelies have taken their lighthearted songs to venues in Australia, the United Kingdom and across the U.S. They've released three full-length albums and in 2009 won New Emerging Artist at the Canadian Folk Music Awards.

Tickets to the Good Lovelies Club MAC performances are $36 for adults, $34 for seniors and $26 for College of DuPage students and youth. Cabaret table tickets are $40 for adults, $38 for seniors and $30 College of DuPage students and youth.
